Terms & Conditions
Terms for using this website and preparing wholesale new and used tire requests, quotes, orders, freight, payment, and claims.
Abby's Tires serves wholesale buyers. Every confirmed order requires at least 1,500 tires in total, although individual size lines can contain smaller quantities. Website selections and estimates help buyers prepare a request but do not create a binding sale.
A transaction becomes binding only through written terms accepted by the buyer and Abby's Tires. The confirmed quote, proforma invoice, product specification, payment terms, and shipping responsibilities control if they differ from general website content.
