Yes. Include each size, desired quantity, category, condition, preferred brands, acceptable alternatives, company details, and destination. Uploaded lists remain on your device in this preview until a connected order system is added.

Do all brands shown mean confirmed inventory?

No. The New Tires brand list represents sourcing-request options. A requested brand, size, or model is subject to supplier availability and written confirmation.

How are used tire lots described?

Used lots are quoted by category, representative sizes, grade, sorting, brand mix, quantity, container plan, and written condition terms. Final specifications belong in the approved quote and invoice.

Does tread depth alone determine used tire quality?

No. Casing, inner liner, bead, sidewall, visible repairs, markings, age information, and intended market requirements also matter.

Can new and used tires be combined?

A mixed request can be reviewed, but the final order, loading plan, documentation, and destination eligibility must be confirmed in writing.

No. Prices shown are planning estimates. Brand, size, condition, grade, quantity, availability, freight, destination, and market conditions can change the final written quote.

Do premium brands cost more?

Generally yes. Brand positioning is included in the estimate, but the confirmed model, supplier cost, order quantity, and availability determine the actual unit price.

50% advance payment by bank transfer upon confirmation of the Proforma Invoice. 50% balance payment upon receipt of shipping documents and container tracking details. All payments must be completed by bank transfer. Independently verify invoice payment instructions before sending funds.

Do you offer credit for established customers?

Available to customers who have successfully completed at least 3 previous orders. Eligible customers may receive up to 3 containers on credit, subject to management approval. 100% payment within 21 to 30 days from the agreed invoice or shipment date. Credit arrangements must be confirmed in writing before shipment. Eligibility does not guarantee approval. All credit payments are also by bank transfer. No credit approval or online payment is provided by this preview.

We plan sea-container shipments for representative markets across Africa, Europe, Asia, Oceania, the Caribbean, Central America, South America, and the Middle East, subject to route, carrier, import, and written order confirmation.

How many tires fit in a 20 ft or 40 ft container?

Capacity changes by category, size, construction, nesting method, and equipment limits. Used tire cards show category planning figures, while the final count comes from the approved tire mix and load plan.

How do orders move within the United States?

Domestic delivery is planned by full truckload. Freight depends on destination, trailer, weight, access, receiving appointment, and carrier availability.

Can buyers use their own freight forwarder?

Yes. Share booking references, equipment instructions, cutoff dates, documentation requirements, and contacts before the confirmed loading window.

Does the Customer Portal save or send my order?

Not yet. The current portal is an interactive demo for the open session only. It does not create a durable account, send a quote, process payment, or store an order after the session ends.

Eligible new tire defects follow the applicable manufacturer's published warranty. Coverage, proof, exclusions, and approval vary by brand and product.

What assurance applies to used tires?

Accepted Answer

Used tire concerns are reviewed against the written lot grade and condition specification, not a promise of mileage or future service life.

How should a shortage or damage claim be reported?

Accepted Answer

Inspect during receiving, note visible concerns with the carrier, keep affected tires separate, and submit the order reference, packing list, count, photographs, and supporting records within the written claim window.
