Every Abby's Tires order moves as a wholesale lot of at least 1,500 tires. After the merchandise, quantity, condition, and written terms are confirmed, the lot is counted, inspected, and staged at our Brooklyn warehouse for pickup, domestic truckload, or export container loading.

We support dealers, distributors, fleets, importers, and exporters across the United States and representative high-volume tire markets worldwide. Freight is planned against the actual order, equipment, destination, port availability, and import requirements so merchandise and logistics costs remain clear.

What you need to know

Brooklyn warehouse pickup

Approved carriers and buyer-arranged trucks can collect a confirmed, staged lot during a scheduled loading window.

  • Share carrier, trailer, and driver details before arrival
  • Confirm loading appointment and warehouse instructions
  • Check the final count and paperwork at collection

United States truckload delivery

We plan full truckload movement to dealers, distributors, and fleet locations throughout the continental United States.

  • Delivery quote based on destination and equipment
  • Receiving appointment and dock details confirmed
  • Dispatch information shared after carrier pickup

International container export

We coordinate 20 ft and 40 ft container planning for representative used-tire buying markets across major global regions.

  • Port of discharge and consignee reviewed
  • Container count matched to tire category and mix
  • Loading record, seal details, and export documents prepared

Freight-forwarder coordination

Buyers can use their own forwarder or request a freight option as part of the written quote.

  • Forwarder and booking references shared in advance
  • Cutoff, equipment release, and loading dates aligned
  • Responsibilities confirmed before the shipment moves

From tire list to delivered shipment

  1. 1

    Send order details

Provide the tire list, quantity, condition, company, delivery address, or destination port.

  2. 2

    Confirm the load plan

We review availability, container capacity, carrier options, documents, pricing, and timing.

  3. 3

    Approve and prepare

Confirm the Proforma Invoice and pay the standard 50% advance by bank transfer, or obtain written management-approved credit before shipment. The lot is then counted, inspected, and staged.

  4. 4

    Load and dispatch

The truck or container is loaded, documented, sealed when applicable, and released for transit.

Shipping details to prepare

  • Registered buyer, consignee, and contact names
  • Complete delivery address or port of discharge
  • Tire categories, sizes, condition, and line quantities
  • Receiving hours, dock, equipment, and appointment rules
  • Freight forwarder and customs broker details when applicable
  • Import permits, inspections, or local approvals
  • Purchase order and internal shipment references
  • Preferred shipping window and any delivery restrictions

Load planning

Match the equipment to the actual tire mix

Container and truck capacity depends on tire dimensions, construction, category, nesting method, and carrier limits, not one universal tire count.

20 ft container

Useful for focused lots and markets where a smaller shipment fits the buying plan.

40 ft container

Supports larger mixed or category-specific export loads with a confirmed loading plan.

Full truckload

US delivery planned around trailer type, weight, dock access, and receiving appointment.

Mixed-size planning

Every line quantity is reviewed so the final mix remains practical to load and receive.
